“LIGHT IN THE REEDS”
2019 – 50 x 55 cm
The horizon – a bright future.
There is a passage between the tall reeds.
I am here, on this side.
I am an observer.
I am here, but I know the way is open.
The horizontals and verticals created a space in the canvas for the play of light and shadow.
A sea of woven light opens the view and leads me to the horizon.
